Appointments and bookings
We provide:
• In-home physiotherapy visits
• Telehealth physiotherapy consultations
Bookings are made via email.
Fees and payment
Fees are payable on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Any rebates (if applicable) depend on your eligibility and provider requirements.
24-hour cancellation policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee.
Treatment outcomes
Results vary between individuals. Treatment plans may change depending on assessment findings and your progress.
