Refund Policy

Infinite Physiotherapy aims to provide a high standard of service and care.

Completed appointments

Refunds are generally not provided for completed physiotherapy consultations (including in-home visits and telehealth).

Cancellations and no-shows

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply and refunds are not provided.

Exceptional circumstances

Refunds or fee waivers may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
